At Sam Sulek Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy is here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Note: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@samsulek.com or fill out the Return Request Form on our website.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
  3. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us using the shipping label provided or a shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Partial Refunds: Items returned in a condition different from the original (e.g., missing tags, used, or damaged) may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability, but we do require the customer to pay for return shipping.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for returns and indicate your desired size or color.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued upon returning the item to Merch Makers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  2. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  2. Contact us at support@merchmakers.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

International Orders

Returns and exchanges for international orders are subject to the same guidelines; however:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Original shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.
